Academy membership terms

Your membership

AI Academy membership costs $199 USD per year for one named learner, plus any applicable tax shown before payment. It provides access to all published member resources and additions during your active term. Membership renews annually until canceled. Future price changes will be disclosed before renewal.

Cancellation and access

Cancel future renewal from your signed-in Academy account. Cancellation stops the next annual renewal and preserves access through the already-paid term. If a payment fails, access is not extended without verified payment. Contact karl@getgroundhaven.com if you need help with payment or cancellation.

Refund requests

Contact GroundHaven with your membership email and payment reference to request a refund. Requests are reviewed individually; cancellation alone does not automatically refund a completed payment. A refunded or disputed payment no longer establishes library access for that payment period. This does not affect access covered by a separate valid payment or consulting-client grant.

Consulting-client access

GroundHaven assigns complimentary access to named consulting clients. The grant lasts until its specified expiration or until GroundHaven revokes it. The consulting agreement controls any separately agreed access commitment. Purchasing Academy membership does not create a consulting engagement or include individual implementation services.

Resources and use

Use templates and worksheets in your own work. Do not share your sign-in links, resell the library, or redistribute recordings and library materials as a competing product. Resources can be revised as tools and practices change. Additions are included while you have access; no fixed publication schedule is promised. Only resources described as available are included in the current collection.

Human review

AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify dates, amounts, commitments, and other factual claims against source records before acting or sending a message. Use approved tools and suitable data. The materials are educational and do not promise specific results or replace professional advice where needed.

Privacy and support

Your email identifies your learner account. Stripe processes payment details, and the GroundHaven email provider delivers requested sign-in links. Sign-in does not enroll you in marketing. See our privacy information. Contact karl@getgroundhaven.com for access or resource support.
