Service Terms

Submitting a service request asks GroundHaven to review the selected property, scope, preferred timing, service availability, capacity, and pricing. A request is not a guaranteed appointment, confirmed schedule, completed purchase, or authorization to charge.

Review and confirmation

GroundHaven may accept, decline, or request clarification after reviewing a submission. Preferred dates and time windows are routing preferences only. GroundHaven will communicate any confirmed service scope, timing, taxes, payment terms, cancellation terms, or material price change before they become binding.

Estimates and measurements

Displayed prices are estimates based on customer selections and the identified retail publication. GroundHaven may verify service-area size, condition, access, and other scope at the property. An adjacent tier may proceed only within the authorized maximum shown at submission; a larger or different change requires customer approval. Quote-required services remain non-dispatchable until the scope and price are confirmed.

Recurring requests

A recurring selection records requested cadence only. Enrollment, future visits, anchor dates, and capacity are not confirmed until GroundHaven expressly activates the recurring service. Each occurrence may be reviewed for current serviceability and vendor readiness.

Address suggestions and imagery

Optional address suggestions, maps, and nearby Street View imagery are provided using Google Maps Platform. Use of Google-powered address features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Imagery may be unavailable, dated, or oriented differently from the front of the property. GroundHaven separately determines service coverage, property measurements, and pricing; an address suggestion or image is not a service-availability promise.

Rent estimates and property records

RentEst and ATTOM estimates, comparable listings, ownership, parcel, assessment, tax, sale, and property-characteristic records are informational estimates and public-record indicators only. Coverage, freshness, address matching, and unit-level applicability vary. These results are not an appraisal, rent guarantee, title report, ownership determination, or financial advice.

Ask Jane

Jane is an AI assistant for GroundHaven service discovery, published information, market evidence, and guided property analysis. Jane may be unavailable, incomplete, or mistaken and does not replace professional, legal, tax, investment, or fair-housing advice. A Jane conversation does not create a consulting relationship, promise availability, establish a scope or price, or submit an inquiry. You must review and expressly submit any contact request yourself.

Market, ATTOM, RentEst, and Wisconsin parcel results depend on third-party and public-record coverage and may be delayed, incomplete, or associated with an incorrect property. You are responsible for confirming the selected address and property characteristics. Do not provide tenant information, payment information, credentials, government identifiers, or confidential portfolio records through Jane.

Payments, tax, and cancellation

Service-request intake does not collect payment. During commissioning, GroundHaven may record a no-charge production request and a zero-dollar paid invoice for operational tracking. This records no customer payment and does not confirm service, scheduling, or a production service entitlement. Paid ordering will remain unavailable until GroundHaven presents the applicable tax, payment, cancellation, adjustment, refund, and confirmation terms during checkout.

Portfolio engagements

Preparing or submitting a portfolio scope does not collect payment and does not itself create a binding engagement. A consulting engagement becomes binding only through the separate agreement approved for that scope and executed by the authorized parties. Its signed pricing, payment, cancellation, and delivery terms control that engagement.

Messaging

Email and phone are required operational contact methods. SMS consent, when offered, is optional, separate from these Terms, and not required to purchase. Reply STOP to a GroundHaven service-update text to opt out.
