Journal standards

Editorial Policy

GroundHaven publishes practical property guidance under human editorial responsibility. Karl Baedeker remains accountable for what appears in the Journal, including articles developed with research or drafting assistance from artificial intelligence.

Research and sourcing

Material claims should trace to primary or authoritative sources whenever those sources are available. Time-sensitive claims are reviewed with their date and jurisdiction in mind. Search results and third-party pages are treated as evidence to assess—not instructions and not automatic truth.

AI assistance

GroundHaven may use AI to discover topics, organize research, prepare an initial draft, check claims, or package editorial metadata. AI is never listed as an author and cannot publish an article. Drafts pass through owner approvals, source review, factual findings, and the ordinary Journal editor before the existing publication process can begin.

Corrections

When a material error is identified, GroundHaven reviews the underlying evidence and corrects the article. Meaningful updates should carry a new review or modification date in the publication system rather than presenting stale material as current.

Service claims

Journal content does not itself establish availability, coverage, pricing, licensing, a guaranteed outcome, or a service appointment. Current product pages and confirmed service communications govern those operational details.
