GroundHaven Mobile Messaging Terms

These Mobile Messaging Terms apply when you affirmatively choose to receive text messages from GroundHaven. The program provides low-volume, one-to-one operational messages about inquiries, appointments and scheduling, service requests and delivery, and related account or status updates. It is not a promotional marketing program.

Optional consent

Text-message consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Providing a mobile number alone does not enroll you. You enroll only by taking the affirmative opt-in action presented with the applicable disclosure.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your inquiry, appointment, or service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. GroundHaven does not charge a separate fee for these messages.

Stopping and restarting messages

Reply STOP, STOPALL, STOP ALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to stop messages. GroundHaven will honor other reasonable requests to revoke consent. Reply START or UNSTOP to resubscribe. A final confirmation may be sent after an opt-out request.

Your mobile account

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. Please notify GroundHaven or opt out if the number changes hands.

Delivery and availability

Wireless carriers do not guarantee message delivery. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable because of carrier, device, network, or service conditions. Supported carriers and program availability may change. GroundHaven may modify or discontinue the program, but any change does not limit your right to opt out.

Privacy

GroundHaven handles mobile numbers and consent evidence as described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
